Free from the bondage of school uniforms, for the first time she is free to express herself through what's she wears to school. The first week of school was interesting watch what she had "say" expressed through clothes.

When asked the cliche questions...sometimes I do not have answers.  However when asked "Who is your favorite music artist" I can answer unequivocally... "Jay-Z". So I had to have this picture. This was taken in front of an ad that is in the subway in New York.

Today was the first day of class. It has been a typical first day.

I must say I am excited about being back on campus and in the class room!

Vacation with my girls!!

When I asked my girls where they wanted to go for summer vacation they both said New York! So New York it would be...with a quick educational stop in Washington DC (I couldn't resist, they will thank me later). The plan was to do as much as we could in one day. It was great! We had a tour of the capital with two excellent guides. In an effort to see the rest of DC we hopped aboard a city tour bus. It was one that you can hop on and off, I really liked it. With the bus tour we concurred DC.
